Our vacations also generate CO2 emissions that contribute to the climate crisis. We have also included CO2 information and advice on every vacation page.
Finally, because Governments as well as travelers have a responsibility to act, we’ve consulted with experts and NGOs to create a plan for aviation and climate change, and are lobbying Governments to adopt it. Read about The Green Flying Duty.

2002 The first travel company in the world to offer carbon offsets
2009 The first travel company to drop carbon offsets and ask customers to fly less instead
2019 Publish CO2 information on every vacation page and propose The Green Flying Duty
2020 New study released (conducted by Professor Stefan Gossling and Dr Ya-Yen Sun) examining the carbon emissions of four vacations.
We are founding signatories of www.tourismdeclares.com which is a new network of organisations, companies and individuals working in tourism who have come together to join other industries and regions in declaring a climate emergency.
