We try to avoid excessive waste and the use of plastic bottles (in many countries there is no way of disposing of these, therefore creating plastic mountains due to tourism) – we encourage our guests to bring their own.

These three countries are mountainous and is reach in spring pure water. The water that flows here from the tap is clean and drinkable. There are special fountains with drinking water almost on every street. That's why we ask our tourists to use reusable bottles and fill them with water every day, and not buy water in disposable plastic bottles. To be on the safe side we advise travelers to bring drugged or metal filters to be sure water doesn't harm their stomach. Thus, all this helps to minimize littering and plastic use in the country.

We encourage our tourists to conserve energy and keep the use of air conditioners, lights and other electrical equipment to a minimum.

We are always trying to analyze and develop our responsible business policy and behaviors, through client and tour feedback and in response to changing socio-political conditions and current affairs. We also respect the environment with our working policy. In our offices, we operate mainly with computers. We use emails rather than fax and do not print documents but store them on our computers and in online clouds. All of our invoices, travel information and travel documents to our clients are issued as PDF - not printed on paper.

We encourage our guests to support the local economy. Buy locally made souvenirs, eat at local restaurants – enjoy the local culture!

As there are three different countries with different mentalities, we always inform our tourists about local customs and traditions, communication issues and rules of conduct in the churches and mosques in each country. Dress respectfully. (Cover their head in religious places, to notice local dress codes and adhere to them). Thus, during all our tours, we are trying to encourage travelers to approach places they visit with greater understanding and respect.

Working conditions are at the core of paid work and employment relationships. Generally speaking, working conditions cover a broad range of topics and issues, from working time to remuneration, as well as the physical conditions and mental demands that exist in the workplace. We offer local people good working conditions with a fare wage.
