Energy: We are committed to reducing our energy and find appropriate renewable energy sources. Throughout the property we have installed solar heated water, recycling facilities, solar heated swimming pool, low wattage electricity bulbs. We politely ask guests to turn off any electrical equipment or lighting when not in use throughout.

Water: We actively ask guests to truly consider their consumption of water given Lanzarote as an island and the importance of Water - desalinated water usage. Bathrooms are fitted with short flush systems, and showers through instead of baths - for example We also ask clients to think about their water consumption whilst staying on the island and to use water sparingly. We also politely ask guests to consider the environment when requesting change of towels and bed linen etc.Linen is changed weekly in order to save water.

The house was restored using local products, local workers and traditional building systems.We never use pesticides in our gardens. We actively encourage guests to walk to local supermarket, restaurants etc

Lanzarote is a small paradise for people who love nature and walking vacations. The accommodation is also perfectly located for cyclists who wish to explore the diverse terrain of Lanzarote by bike and is also very good base for Tri-athletes who wish to do their bike training during their stay. So ditch the car and jump on your bike!
