don't eat or drink anything...! Nepalese people are extremely kind3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
yes4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
a bit of a disasterRead the operator's response here:
Thank you for your feedback, which we take seriously. We were very sorry to hear about your sickness during the trip and subsequent hospitalisation. We are aware that our staff in Nepal did all they could to treat your sickness and look after you whilst you were with the group and after you were evacuated. This was a group trip and we wanted to point out that no one else in the group had any gastrointestinal problems during the trek. In addition we received positive feedback from other members of the group. Unfortunately it is possible to pick up a stomach problems from anywhere in Nepal, either in Kathmandu or from places where our staff have no control of food hygiene. Over the year we have spent a lot of time and energy training our staff and cooks in food hygiene and we are proud of our record for keeping our trekkers safe. Thank you for joining us and we hope that you have some positive memories from your trek in Nepal.
