1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?
Too many to mention but we particularly enjoyed Mestia with the towers and our jeep trip to Ushguli. The caves at Vardzia were stunning as were the many monasteries we visited.2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?
I would consider the distances we needed to travel to see all these sights and perhaps spend less time traveling and more time to explore. We did in fact cover all of Georgia apart from the coast.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We supported local businesses by eating out in smaller restaurants and supporting everything there was to offer us.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
In a word fantastic. Our guide Eka was wonderful, constantly offering interesting information about the sites. He went beyond what was expected of him caring for our every need. We felt we had a friend on vacation with us.Alison Quinlan review 27 Aug 2019

Other travelers should be made aware of the difficult walking conditions at many of the sites, also the heights that are involved. Several of the sites we visited were not suitable for people suffering from a fear of heights. Do plenty of reading on the sites you are to visit as the infrastructure isn’t in place to give you anything more than simple points on history etc.3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
The itinerary we followed did not really benefit any of the above. I think we were trying to fit too much into a short time. Other travelers should be made aware of the distances between sites and the difficult driving conditions. In hind sight we would have liked to see more of the local life eg markets.4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?
