Gifts terms & conditions

You can claim your Free Gift for:

• Tours and tailor made vacations: Within 1 year of travel date.
• Accommodations (i.e. B&B, self catering, hotel only): Within 3 months of travel date.

Claims outside of these ranges will be invalid and therefore no Free Gift can be issued.

You are eligible for a Free Gift if you have made an inquiry via the Responsible Travel website and subsequently made a booking.

Requests for Free Gifts against booking.com reservations must be accompanied by the booking.com confirmation. Please email reservation confirmation to rosy@responsibletravel.com

One Free Gift is available per booking.

We aim to process your Free Gift within 2 weeks of receiving your request.

Lonely Planet Travel Guide Book

You can use your virtual gift card to purchase any Lonely Planet travel guidebook at Waterstones.com although we do know that you can use it to buy any book you want! Simply select your guidebook and go to check out as usual. At the checkout, enter the virtual gift card number and the security code in the “payment method – gift card” section and hit “update”. Place your order by pressing “submit”. All gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

If you have any remaining balance to pay this will taken from your debit or credit card when your order is ready for dispatch. If you have credit left on your gift card it will remain until your next purchase.

Trip for a Trip:

If you select this option you can be happy in the knowledge that we will organise a day trip for a disadvantaged young person. Locations and dates of these trips will be operated entirely at our discretion. Find more information on our Trip for a Trip scheme.
