Friends and family voucher

As you probably already know, by choosing a vacation from us you're ensuring local communities and nature benefit, and you have the opportunity to send a child from a disadvantaged background on a day trip!

And as a thank you for referring a friend or family member to us we'll extend your loyalty discount to them too, using the additional code you were emailed, meaning they can now get £100 off their own vacation when they spend over £750.

Please note that only one voucher can be used per booking (not per person), so this can't be used on a vacation where you're traveling together if you're already using your loyalty voucher.

How to share the friends and family voucher

Share your friends and family discount code (the one with an 'F'). Once your friend or family member has found their own vacation via our site, they must make their initial inquiry via our website, they also need to check that it accepts vouchers (almost all do but those that don't will say in the top section of the page), and then quote the code when they make their inquiry.

They will book directly with our partners on the ground so they need to make sure their discount is applied before they make any payments. Please note that only one voucher can be used per booking (not per person), so this can't be used on a vacation where you're traveling together if you're already using your loyalty voucher. Terms & conditions

• To use any of our vouchers you must make your initial vacation inquiry via our website. If you do not register your initial inquiry with our partner via our website, and instead contact them directly, then your voucher cannot be used against the vacation.
• Vouchers can only be used against eligible vacations or accommodations. If it is not eligible, the vacation or accommodation page will specify that vouchers are not accepted in the top section of the page.
• Please give your voucher code to our partner at the time of booking. Without the voucher code our partner will not be able to apply your voucher or give you the discount. Vouchers can not be applied retrospectively.
• Only one voucher/voucher code can be used per booking as vouchers are per booking not per person.
• Vouchers can only be used with a Responsible Travel partner towards full and final payment. They can not be used against a deposit or other part payment.
• Vouchers can only be used to pay for the vacation or accommodation as seen on Responsible Travel and cannot be used towards other expenses such as food, drink, spa treatments, etc.
• In the case of vouchers with a minimum spend, the full minimum spend must be reached within one single booking in order for the voucher to be redeemed.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and can not be applied retrospectively.
• Use of the Responsible Travel website constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• Loyalty discount vouchers are exclusively for people who've previously booked a vacation via Responsible Travel, and their friends and family.
• Friends and family using the voucher must use the friends and family version of the code (with an 'F'), and make their own inquiry through our site.
• Friends and family using the voucher may be asked for the name, email and vacation booking details of the referring friend/family member.
• Friends and family vouchers cannot be used on a booking or a vacation which already has a loyalty voucher applied to it as only one voucher can be used per booking.
• For all loyalty vouchers (including the friends and family version) the minimum spend is £750.
• Loyalty discount vouchers can be used more than once by the same person on multiple vacations throughout the year, but only ever one voucher per booking, and any minimum spend applies to each booking.
