They set out industry-specific requirements of which Basecamp Hotel has been independently assessed against and must undergo re-certification every three years along with submitting annual environmental reports.

Isfjord Radio was awarded with the St Olav’s Rose – a hallmark of Norwegian Heritage. The symbol points out to especially distinguished places that have succeeded to combine development and protection in modern way.
